Available requests
Depending on your location and relationship with SaveHawk, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an applicable opt-out. You may also appeal certain denied requests where local law provides that right.
How to submit
Email privacy@savehawk.app from the email associated with your account and describe the request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification, or analysis images unless specifically requested through a secure channel.
Verification and response
SaveHawk may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, locate records, prevent fraud, and confirm an authorized agent’s authority. Requests will be answered within the period required by applicable law, subject to lawful extensions and exceptions.
Appeals and complaints
If an applicable request is denied, the response will explain available appeal steps where required. You may also contact the privacy or data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
